A: If we can prove that the design was defective and there were simpler ways to protect you- the driver, then it's entirely possible a case can be brought. Keep in mind that there may have been changes or modifications to the machine in order to fit your workers or your company. If changes were made, you'd need to find out who made those changes and why. This is also called a products liability lawsuit.
