If a chiropractor caused nerve damage during their treatment, do I have a case?

A: The answer might be maybe. A chiropractor is licensed by the State of New York and is supposed to have completed a specific course of study before becoming licensed to practice 'chiropractic'. A chiropractor must adhere to the standards in the community in treating you. If he or she departed from those standards, and those departures caused you injuries, then you probably have a valid case. Please speak to an attorney to discuss this further.
