Jury awards $4 million in civil case By Phil Ray HOLLIDAYSBURG - A 10-year-old boy who was described by his mother as a "miracle baby" has been awarded more than $4 million by a Blair County jury that determined his cerebral palsy was the result of negligence by doctors at birth. The verdict returned late Wednesday evening is the largest ever in Blair County. The jury found Roy Pazmino, a specialist in obstetrics and gynecology of Tyrone; Peter Matgouranis, an anesthesiologist of Hollidaysburg; and Tyrone Hospital negligent in the birth of Jacob Mayhue, son of Melvin and Trudy Mayhue, formerly of Altoona.
