Can you imagine your treating doctor comes into court and testifies AGAINST you in a case against someone who caused your injuries?

The doctor actually refused to acknowledge that he was testifying against his own patient.

The very first question I asked the doctor on cross-examination was "Doctor, you realize that you are here in court testifying against your own patient, correct?”
