Most callers to my office are unfamiliar with the purpose of their initial phone call. I typically will ask a few key pointed questions to learn some basic information. If I believe that this type of case would make a good fit for my law firm, I will invite you into my office so we can have a detailed lengthy chat about what happened.
When you first call my office to ask for information, that first call is a screening call. My goal is to determine, in quick fashion, what you think was done wrong that caused you permanent harm.
