Your 1st Call is a Screening Call-New York Medical Malpractice Lawyer Explains

http://www.oginski-law.com

Most callers to my office are unfamiliar with the purpose of their initial phone call. I typically will ask a few key pointed questions to learn some basic information. If I believe that this type of case would make a good fit for my law firm,  I will invite you into my office so we can have a detailed lengthy chat about what happened.

When you first call my office to ask for information, that first call is a screening call. My goal is to determine, in quick fashion, what you think was done wrong that caused you permanent harm.

Many callers believe that once I ask that question, they now should tell me every little detail for the next hour about what happened in their case. That's not what the first call is about. Watch the video to learn more.
