Failure to Daignose Bowel Perforation During Appendix Surgery in New York

Did you know that just because you suffer a complication following surgery does not necessarily mean there's a basis for a valid medical malpractice case in New York? It's true.

Most injured victims think that just because they developed a complication during or following surgery means that something was done wrong. It may, but many times that's not the case.

Even if something went wrong during surgery, when was it recognized? Did the surgeon realize during surgery what happened and then make efforts to fix the problem? Was the problem recognized after you were discharged home?

Find out why this particular case was not the right one for me. Even though we probably could have shown there was medical negligence and that the carelessness caused injury, find out what was missing that prevented me from investigating further.
