Patient Had Brain Tumor; Drs. Didn't Tell Her: $1 Million
http://www.oginski-law.com In this video we learn how a doctor and hospital that failed to tell a patient she had a brain tumor cost them $1 million dollars. The patient was in a car accident and was evaluated in a New York emergency room. A radiologist correctly interpreted her MRI and said there was a mass growing in her brain. Unfortunately for the patient, nobody bothered to tell her about this tumor. Over the next six months, her vision in one eye deteriorated. Her eye doctor never bothered to check the original MRI from the emergency room, and never ordered another MRI until it was too late. Watch the video to find out what happened.
